This evergreen foliage plant requires hardly any looking-after and is hardy to 23°F.

Tolerance for temperatures down to about 20°F.
Emerald Star

This Emerald gem can mature to about 4 to 6 feet tall (1.5 to 2 meters) and 2.5 feet wide, it brings an exotic, tropical look to garden borders and patio containers. It requires fertile, well-draining soil and adapts well to sandy, loamy, or chalky conditions. Needs regular moisture while establishing, but turns fairly drought-tolerant once mature.
